Yes. Show both cards at check-in. NHIS covers what's on its benefit list and your plan covers the rest of your consultation, so you never pay twice.
Not for consultations - you can use the plan the day you join. Yearly health checks can be booked from 30 days after joining.
Yes. Babies born during your plan year join free until your renewal date. Just send us the birth details on WhatsApp.
Many families keep both: insurance for hospital care and specialists, and a plan for everyday visits here without claim forms or approval codes.
Plans run for 12 months. If you cancel within 14 days and haven't used any services, we refund you in full.
